Cecilia Carey

Cecilia trained at the Motley School of Theatre Design and has a degree in Graphic Design from Camberwell College of Arts. Her shows and commissions cover a broad spectrum, from site specific performances and traditional theatre to live events, installations and unique projects for hospitals.

A new musical 'Stella and Kathy Solve a Murder' written by Jon Brittain and at Matthew Floyd Jones was a sell out at the Edinburgh Fringe this year and won Musical Theatre Review's 'Best New Musical'. Prior to the pandemic was 'Baby Reindeer' by Richard Gadd, directed by Jon Brittain which won an Olivier Award. And also cruelly cut short by Covid-19, was a thrilling and inspiring Dr. Seuss’s 'Green Eggs and Ham' production directed by Pia Furtado, in opera form for 3-7 year olds for Opera North.
